Research, Publication & Development (RPD)

Research is one of the key objectives of the Organization. To improve the environmental situation we need proper research both scientific and legal. To conduct action and policy oriented research on Environment for development mainly in the context of Bangladesh is the key program of SED Foundation.

Under the research program it includes collecting information and generates data, conduct investigations and undertake research projects for purposes of planning and formulation of policies and of implementation of plans and policies regarding development of environment. To provide information and offer advice on modern research techniques and methodology in environmental science, law, botany, zoology and other social sciences are also focus of the Organization.

SED Journal of Environmental Studies

One of the prolific arrangements of this program is SED Journal of Environmental Studies which is a multidisciplinary Journal of Environmental Development, Law & Sciences.

SED Journal of Environmental Studies is an International Standard; Peer-reviewed; Printed Journal with ISSN Number 2521-3016.

It aims to improvise the interdisciplinary engagement to understand and communicate the environmental issues. It seeks to publish research papers and articles on the environmental issues and the results and outcome from such papers will definitely help to improve the Environmental condition in the world.

The SED Journal of Environmental Studies is publishing original research articles, critical reviews, highlights, and perspectives of high quality, which are related to Environmental issues. Although Environmental Research is opened to all subjects directly related with this field, areas of special interest include:

b. Environmental Economics

c. Environmental Engineering & Waste Management

d. Environmental Health and Toxicology

e. Environmental Law

f. Environmental Science

g. Global Warming/Climate Change.

SED Features & SED Report

To increase the number of publication related environmental issues, SED Foundation has project to publish SED Features and SED Reports in regular basis.

SED Features are mainly focused on detailed research outcome of any research project and published both online and printed version. On the other hand SED Reports are shorter articles, op-ed and reports published both online and printed version.
